I have placed an order, when will I receive it?

Mainland Portugal and Islands (Madeira and Azores): we usually need 5-7 business days to confirm the payment and prepare the order, except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer.

Rest of the World: it depends on the destination country. You will receive an email with the day of dispatch and the expected delivery date.

If for some reason the delivery were delayed, we'll inform you as soon as possible, also in case the stock of any article is not available.

What days and times do you deliver?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Orders are not delivered on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

How is delivery made?

Orders are delivered by a courier from the carrier to the address you indicated in your order.

What happens to my order if I'm not in when it arrives?

The carrier will make a new attempt on the next business day. If the delivery is still not successful, your order will be returned to our facilities. In case of not being able to deliver the package, Grace Baby&Child will not be responsible for it. If the package is not returned to our facilities, this will make it impossible to refund the order amount. In this last case, Grace Baby&Child reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for compensation of damages which it has undergone because of the impossibility of delivering the goods.  

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Which countries do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide offering free shipping to European Union countries when you spend over €180.

We offer free shipping to European Union countries when you spend over €180.  

How can I get an invoice for my order?

If you want to get an invoice of your order, contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

If you shop from outside of the European Union, the prices visible on the website are without 23% taxes. Please take into consideration that the tax will be applied in form of duty fees once the parcel arrives at your country's customs. Apart from the tax you might be also charged for the customs procedures. We cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional fees for customs clearance. We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees.

In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email all the information to track your delivery. Also you can check the status and the shipment tracking logging into your account.
